Terms and Conditions for Application

1. Application Process:

2. Eligibility:

   • You must meet all stated eligibility requirements, including but not limited to possessing a valid BSIS issued Guard Card and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain one).

3. Verification of Information:

   • SafeRock reserves the right to verify any information provided in your application, including employment history, certifications, and references.

   • This position is an immediate need and may require a quick turnaround time for interviews, background checks, and onboarding procedures.

   • If selected, you may be required to participate in company-provided training programs. This may include but is not limited to orientation, safety training, and specific job-related training.

8. At-Will Employment:

   • Employment with SafeRock is at-will, meaning either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

9. Not a Contract:

   • This application does not constitute an employment contract, nor does it guarantee employment.

10. Background Checks:

    • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a thorough background check, including criminal history, reference checks, and any other checks deemed necessary by SafeRock.

11. Drug Testing:

    • SafeRock may require a drug test as part of the hiring process.

12. Right to Modify:

    • SafeRock reserves the right to modify or amend any of the terms and conditions outlined herein at any time and without prior notice.

13. Acknowledgment:

    • By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
